Underage models are under a legal requirement to have their parent/guardian's consent, and their signature on the model release.
I am always looking to expand my artistic and photographic horizons.
I am open to almost any type of shoot at the moment, except total nude shots, provided that the genre is age appropriate.
I have had positive experiences working with underage models in the past, as I am my daughter's first photographer and have worked with many other teen novice and semi-professional models.
I know what is (and what isn't) appropriate for minors as far as content and genre are concerned. I am fully capable of working within those guidelines.
I also am capable and willing to work within any guidelines models choose to set for photo shoots, after all the model has to be comfortable to be them and that is when the true beauty comes out.
With this idea in mind, I have no problem trying ideas that models may have and collaborating to make a shoot a comfortable and fulfilling experience.
I fully recommend that all models bring a friend or chaperone if that makes them feel safer or more comfortable. I can also have someone with me to do hair or make up if needed.
